GRAND PARENTS DAY…!!!

Hi again! Hope everyone had a great GP Day!..

Grand Parents’ Day provides a wonderful opportunity to honor the special relationship between grandparents and their children in our school and a special day set aside to honor grandparents.

Grand parents’ day was celebrated at DPS-JC with great gusto and enthusiasm. Mrs. Meena Devi Dewangan ji our (Patron ma'am) graced the occasion as chief guest while other dignitaries were Mrs. Kiran Agrawal ji, Mrs. Pushpa Agrawal ji, Mrs. Suman Gupta ji and Mrs. Kalpana Singh, our Head Mistress  added charm to the occasion as the Guest of honour. The programme was coordinated by Mrs.Sushma Sahoo. Mrs. Kalpana Singh, Head Mistress presented the welcome address with open hands. It was amazing to find our tiny talented children of DPS-Kids who welcomed the guest and invited the Grandparents with their startling group song. Grand parents and teachers were ecstatic by the alluring group dance by the students of KG1, KG2, Class 1 and DPS-Kids. Grand Parents breathed a sigh of relief as Miss Preeti Bala Singh walked on the platform to propose a vote of thanks. 

Now it was the turn of the Grandparents to exhibit their talents and made them to recollect their childhood at this special moment and others enjoyed the moments of nostalgia. Grand Parents participated in the sporting events with great delight. Kids exhilarated in unforgettable and perpetual moments having the presence of their Grand Parents at their school premises.

Kids enjoyed the time spend thinking about their grandparents!
