In an educative and fun filled trip, DPS_JC School students
of VI class visited the Post Office on 08.07.2017 and learnt about the services
provided by the Post Office to the public. The children learnt about the
different services available at the Post Office such as registered post, money
order and speed post. Children were excited to see how the letters were stamped,
sorted and put in different boxes and shelves.
Student came to know about Sukanya saving account for girls at
the age of 10 in this special educative tour. Mr. Ajay Singh and Mr Sanjay
Vaishav accompanied those students. In short all students enjoyed a lot
visiting the Post Office.
Curiosity led the children to ask questions to the Post
Master, who was happy to answer their queries and explained how letters were
collected and delivered to their destinations.
