Arguments
have no end and exactly because of the same reason no one can ever win the
same. But the trials and errors go on and on…people keep trying….. keep
impressing….. keep attempting.
Debate is
a deliberation with a MOTION and different individuals and groups “supporting”
and/or “opposing” the same. Very interesting word volleys are used in the
entire exercise thrown with the intention to trap and defeat the opponent in
the Game of one-up-manship with its own inherent style.
3rd
October saw the preliminary exchange of words and ideas amongst the four Houses
in the two categories Junior(Std.4 to 7) and Senior(Std.8 to 11) judged by the
Honourable HM Madam, Ms. Mitu Dey, Chief Coordinator of CCA, Mr. Pradip K.
Banerjee & Mrs. Prachi Pandey.
Competition
was visibly palpable and tough and out of 16 participants in each category only
8 got through to the Final Level in both the Jun. & Sen. Categories.
On
Friday, the 9th October-2015 the School Activity Hall again was
buzzing with challenging conversation amongst all the peer groups of different
Houses busy in discussing The Topics for the Finals of The Inter House
Debate-2015……………….
For
Juniors… *Too Much of Anything is Bad”
For
Seniors… *Technological Advancement – Boon or Bane
Inimitable
Public Speaker and Anchor, the Chief of CCA Mr. Pradip K. Banerjee moderated
the entire Debate and also judged the show along with the HM, Ms. Mitu Dey and
Ms. Raj Rajeshwary.
In his immaculate
fashion Mr. Banerjee spread his word wisdom for the benefit of one and all.
The
audience comprised of the selected learners from Std. 4 to 11 who got a
taste of tough debating for using in future in their own endeavours.
