GRAND PARENTS' DAY CELEBRATION

Old age is a time to ruminate over the years lived and in recapitulating over all the moments that brought the proud owners of the silver locks to their sunset years. The old age reinforces their own beliefs in their progenies for whom they had lived all their existence, felt happy and smiled at their success stories and also became sad when those very blood-carriers got hurt in the day to day exigencies of life.
Like all years this year also the teachers of the Pre-primary wing under the able guidance of the Honourable HM and balanced coordination of the Co-ordinator of the wing Mrs. Seema Lakra left no stone unturned in their efforts to present the best foot forward in the desired direction.
All the grandparents of the tiny-tots were invited in advance to add the required zing and zest to the Happiness Quotient of the entire show.
Activity Hall of the school was decked up in all required finery and razzmatazz from the entry point of the venue to the inner sanctum sanctorum. Teachers of the PP wing really had poured their heart out in adding all that soft glamour and glitter to make the programme a Grand Success.
The Hall was abuzz with anticipation of delight from the time the sacred lamp was lit by the Honourable AVP Sir Mr. Kamal Kishore Dewangan along with the Respectable HM to signify the initiation of the CELEBRATION.
Many interesting events and games were conducted to add entertainment value to the whole effort.
All grandparents enjoyed immensely immersing themselves in the heavenly delight of the glory and joy writ large on the faces of their grand children.
Programme ended by the usual thanks giving and honouring all the guests/grandparents by bestowing them with a srifal to follow the dictum of custom here at DPS-JC.

Parting is the gateway of a New Meeting
Let us depart in all happiness......
                                for the time to pass..........
                                and pass so fast..........
                                that we don't even........
                                realise that the toddlers.....
have gone to a new class..................................
