Sports is a way of life; the most important sway of life
and driving force behind many human activities which people love to indulge,
may not be always to compete but also to relax and rejuvenate their
work-fatigued mind and body.
Penman cajoles all to take nimble but regular steps
towards the direction of the age old adage, “Healthy mind resides in a healthy
body.”
