The two day Annual CBSE-CCE Interactive Workshop got underway on 13.06.2015 (Sat.) at 09:00 AM at Delhi Public School-JC. The New Activity Hall was the venue for the entire intellectual deliberation under the able steward-ship and guidelines of Dr. Gurbux S. All Teaching Staff of the school, cutting across all categories, right from the grassroots level PPRTs to the senior most PGTs partook in the deliberation of two days’ CCE Training Workshop.
Dr. G. S. Chhabra is a veteran of many such Workshops conducted by him and his organization in different parts of the country.
Using different highly interactive methodologies he had made the climate in the hall very healthy and conducive to mutually beneficial interaction for all the stakeholders.
He discussed, explaining in very lucid language, the working and importance of Gross & Fine Motor skills during his deliberation with the PPRT teachers. The whole discussion was very enabling and the participating teachers tried their best to grasp the modalities involved.
The following points were deliberated upon threadbare during the entire tenure of the two day Capacity Building Workshop:
1.       Allocation of Individual and Group Activities clearly demarcating the boundaries involved.
2.       All Topics must be introduced in a proper manner.
3.       Overall objectivity of all projects must be clearly deciphered, designated ,designed & delegated.
4.       Delegated and required freedom to complete any given assignment must be under proper supervisory control.
5.       Creation of platforms of interaction is of paramount importance.
6.       A Graduation Ceremony should be conducted for the passing out students of Pre-Primary & Primary students going to the next level in their educational ladder.
7.       Report Cards for various levels and Forms & Formats to be designed and formally finalized.
8.       “Awards of Excellence” in various categories for all the levels from Pre-primary to Secondary/H.S. are to be planned and finalized.
9.       Healthy criticism is and always will remain relevant and welcome.
10.   Good and satisfactory Inter-personal Skill and the related benefits for all in the organization must be given priority.
Overall the CBW-2015 brought the latest parameters and methodologies to be used in and  outside the classrooms for the comprehensive development of the Institution as a whole and all its stakeholders to the fore which benefitted the participating fraternity and will help all to continuously reap rich dividends.

On Sunday, the 14th June-2015 the curtains fell upon the workshop with the honouring of the Resource Person Dr. Gurbux S. Chhabra with a shawl & coconut by the Principal Mr. C.D.Pani and Vote of Thanks by the CCA Chief Coordinator Mr. Pradip K. Banerjee.

The blogger in penman wishes all “all the very best” and concludes with his inimitable words…….

The ways are many…means are innumerable…methods may be multiple…but for the greatest of all successes…..Collective Cooperation is the Key.
