This all hustle & bustle was going on in Scholar’s Zone  DPS JANJGIR-CHAMPA on the auspicious day i.e., 29th of January, 2016. When the young scholars’ were running here and there with their explicit to find place to settle their projects. Young Einsteins were trying to cram their speeches told by their teachers to be told in front of chief guest. The Corridors were glutted with the models and the young scientists were so much excited, Himalaya was felt shorter in front of the enthusiasm of pupils.
The Honourable Chief Guest Mr.SONMANI.BORAHJI COMMISSIONER BILASPUR ZONE was also excites after carefully monitoring all the working models , listening the speeches of the students and so happy that the Honourable President Sir has ignited the torch of EDucATion in the city of KOSA and KANSA.
In the nascent stage a child doesn’t understand the value of education even they can’t decide what to become in future in this situation, so this form of education is very helpful in developing a child’s potential to the full strength and intensity. Innumerable vistas are available to now a day child. Science is a great blessing to mankind. The world into which science came was a world of ignorance, suffering and hardship. Science has come to relieve us of suffering, to remove our ignorance and to lighten our toil. Science is a faithful servant of man. It has transformed our daily life, providing us with necessaries and luxuries. Science has spanned the sky, measured the ocean and revealed many secrets of nature. So we cannot ignore the importance of science in the modern world.
A school is the place where children are moulded for future life. Children are the promises of tomorrow. So they should be made aware of the importance of science. Science exhibitions in schools play a pivotal role in this regard. Science exhibitions create a scientific spirit among the students, increasing their thinking and reasoning power. These can make the children creative and inquisitive. A child gets an opportunity to make a project or working model with his own hands. He comes to know of the basic principles of the functioning of an instrument. He gets the opportunity to devise projects for saving fuel, to solve the energy crisis and a lot of other things related to daily life. He also gets into acquaintance with many new scientific devices and principles. All these will increase his interest in science. This will help him in his personal life and such a person will be an asset to the nation.
Our Guest of Honour Mr.O.P.Chaudhry Collector JANJGIR-CHAMPA was totally merged with the fervor of students to show their models and how they work. He talked to all students and cross questioned the students about their working model this bolster the students’ faith in science.
Our Honourable President Sir Mr.Raj Kishore Dewanganji admire the dignitaries of the dice as they were all men of words and did immense labour and afforded pains to gain the momentum in their career. He admires all the Science teachers Mr. Prasad PGT.Biology & HOD Science Dept. DPS Janjgir Champa, Mrs.Kalpana Singh, Mrs.Sarita Pathak, Mr. Sauvik Nandan PGT.Physics , Mr.Vibhu Chandan Patnayak PGT. Chemistry and expressed their gratitude for their unwavering dedication to our students as they prepared their science projects. He thanked the outstanding and exceptional staff of the DPS.JANJGIR-CHAMPA, they are the unsung heroes who whole heartedly support the conduction of event and make it enough hot to swallow and digest without any hiccup.
Whose preparation requires no testimony. He states his appreciation for Parents as well for encouraging children to become critical thinkers. Last but not the least, he thanked all the brilliant and hard working students who created these wonderful projects.
No event is completed without the uttering of the our Honourable Principal Sir, Mr. Mani Bhushan Chaubeyji, His unalloyed spirit filled the parents, students and dignitaries on the dice with full pride and honour and told them about the importance of science in the modern age. We have eradicated so many of the diseases on this planet just because of science. So think wisely and try to make amicable use of techniques developed from Science as GRAVITY pulls, it is very easy to move towards destruction, but to gain elevation like a cloud you have to boil your EMOTIONS and IDEAS at 100 degree centigrade not even 99.5 degree centigrade.
He also informed about the benefits of conducting science exhibition and removed the basic misconceptions flourish in the children mind as well as parents.
Most people think that science fairs are an event where children explain very simple and most likely overused science fair projects. In fact it’s a very real place to show your imagination because science fairs actually means a lot more than most people think. There is so much that you can get out of a science fair.
An art exhibition is traditionally the space in which art objects (in the most general sense) meet an audience. The exhibit is universally understood to be for some temporary period unless, as is rarely true, it is stated to be a "permanent exhibition". In American English, they may be called "exhibit", "exposition" (the French word) or "show". In UK English, they are always called "exhibitions" or "shows", and an individual item in the show is an "exhibit".
Such expositions may present pictures, drawings, video, sound, installation, performance, interactive art, new media art or sculptures by individual artists, groups of artists or collections of a specific form of art.
The art works may be presented in museums, art halls, art clubs or private art galleries, or at some place the principal business of which is not the display or sale of art, such as a coffeehouse. An important distinction is noted between those exhibits where some or all of the works are for sale, normally in private art galleries, and those where they are not. Sometimes the event is organized on a specific occasion, like a birthday, anniversary or commemoration.
With these precious wordings the first science & arts exhibition organized in DPS JANJGIR-CHAMPA was concluded.
