Symposium on the Study and Scope of Commerce

                               

 As far as my understanding of Human Civilization is concerned COMMERCE was in engaging existence long before the dawning of “Knowledge of Science” being inherent in all actions and reactions happening all around and all over. The sense of “ART” on the other hand is related more to emotions than any other hunger or need. I, as a constant penner and blogger observe the general trends and comment on those.

Commerce is ingrained in all human deliberation, may be prominently sometimes and subtly at others. Commerce can be termed as the blood flowing in all human exchanges. In the fast changing scenario of the present day world “the importance of commerce” as a subject is increasing by leaps and bounds.

COMMERCE is the NEED of TODAY is the tagline under which A Lecture Symposium was organized at DPS-JC on 11^th August, 2015 in the Activity Hall for the students of std.11-Com. and  10 in collaboration with the Professional Career and Computers of Bhilai (CG).

The Director of the Institute, Dr. Santosh Rai, who is an well known figure in the field of Commerce Education in Bhilai and all the surrounding areas was present with his team of experts.

The interaction – session was very well received by the students and all partook with zeal and enthusiasm due to Dr. Santosh Rai’s infectious charishma.

He minced no words and explained in a very simple and plain language regarding the “Mantra of Success” which the learners not only enjoyed but appreciated a lot.

Dr. Rai shared so many interesting anecdotes and exercising tips with the eager gathering. He is, no doubt, a man of high intellectual esteem who is so down to earth in his general interactions.

He had explained the difference of the conscious and the sub-conscious very lucidly with so many examples.

His Associate Ms. Mittu who is the Proprieter of IPC Academy, Bhilai and  works as a Director(Administration) with him also counseled the students of Std. 11- Commerce in her own inimitable way to pave their path in the wide and varied scenes and sectors of the fast changing scenario of Trades and Industries, so that all can make a mark and have a share of their pie.

The bright and articulate Ms. Sucheta Sharma, a CA Final Year student who was a topper all the way from school to college, who had accompanied Dr. S. Rai also shared her reasons to be proud of the tutelage she got always from the Sir, Dr. Santosh who had always inspired her.

Ms. Sucheta distributed the Newsletter of the Academy, Professional Career & Computers – BHILAI to all the assembled students.

The gathering of students got charged as always by the fantabulous sprinkling of inimitable word bonhomie by none other than the PENMAN to pave the red carpet Welcome to Dr. Santosh Rai and his Team.

The Programme brought cheers in minds and souls of all the Learners of commerce and the would be learners also when Dr. Santosh Rai announced to contribute some important books for the school library.

 The deliberation was concluded by the vote of thanks raised by the CCA Chief Coordinator, Mr. Pradip K. Banerjee after the customary felicitation by the Honourable HM Ms. Mitu Dey with shawl & srifal.

The team of Dr. Rai, in the end was ushered in the august presence of the President of the school Mr. Raj Kishore Dewangan and the AVP Mr. Kamal Kishore Dewangan by the HM Ms. Mitu Dey and the CCA Chief Coordinator Mr. Pradip K. Banerjee. They were also presented with copies of the School Newsletter, RIPPLES and the Magazine, SPANDAN.
