Inter House English Essay Writing Competition
Essay, I as
penman can break into “an easy say”. Only if the real meaning of the
word ESSAY which is “to attempt” has been understood and assimilated by the
person who is attempting the deliberation.
An ESSAY
can even be defined as an Engaged Soft Say (in the field
of) Academic Yearning.
Those who
engage in deep reading and deciphering over a long period of time may only
claim some degree of authority over this otherwise difficult prosaic
proposition.
Here at
DPS-JC The IHEEWC is an Annual Affair covering the length and breadth of
the Senior Category of student population. The participants get to face and
fight an all out war of words in legible calligraphy for the teachers of
English Faculty to check and judge the very best out of all.
On 11th
Apr. 2015 the event in question met with culmination and the following detailed
chart reflects for all to see the Final House wise Standing:

Inter
House Moral Story Writing Competition
Morality is
understood to be a very poor victim of “modernity”. Most of the interventions
and trappings “modern” are perceived to have some hidden undercurrents of
immorality and so to insulate the growing impressionable minds, many Moral
Stories have been woven since time immemorial.
Story
Telling has always been understood as a very effective TOOL to ingrain many
moral values in the listeners. Keeping all the above in mind WE, here at
DPS-JC, as regular part of CCA have devised and designed the IHMSWC-2015-16 for
the learners of Std. 2 to 7.
On every
Saturday the rough & tumble of the tight study schedule gets a little
relaxed, tilting in favour of Creative Flavour and the young minds busy
themselves in penning on demand or creating colourful collages, as the case may
be.
Inter
House Moral Story Writing Competition is a very keenly contested event
in the School CCA Calender in which more or less all the learners of the
declared category participate.
The
following detailed CHART shows the House wise Positions:

Inter House Drawing/Painting Competition
Drawing is imagination on wings…….flights of fancy take the
pencil strokes to an altogether new realm of sensibility and the droplets of
colours deluge the papery firmament . The learners’ training in rudimentaries gets reflected in his/her efforts to beautify
his effortful KREATIONS in which he/she adds zest and zeal to move
on………..and to get noticed.
Hence every year Rainbow
of Engagement is married with the Opportunity of Participation to
encourage young minds and souls to come out of their mundane chore of
studies…studies and only studies to use thoughtful penciling and vivacious
brush strokes to splash red, orange, blue, mauve, purple, yellow, green and
endless others on papers of myriad sizes and structures.
The following TABLES tell the tales of the competition &
the result:
