Ang Natya Yagya of Bariyarpur at Monghyr in Bihar between the 13th & 15th Feb. 2015

Dance and drama are part and parcel of human existence from time immemorial. All actions, reactions and interactions on different intellectual plains can absorb a lot from the nuances of dances and dramatics. These fine art forms spread fluidism in all aspects of meaningfulness that human life is.

With the advent of spring life comes full circle and so various stages and opportunities surface for performance. Between the above two dates there was a scintillating folk dance presentation by Ms. Chandrahasini Chandra of Std. 9-B of our school in the “15^th Ang Natya Yagya-2015” at Bariyarpur in Bihar. She got the coveted 2^nd Position and our Dance Teacher National Award Winner Shree Subhash Chandra Yadav bagged the 3^rd position in Direction and he was awarded The Rashtriya Aang Award-2015.

Teams from around 10 states participated in the 3-day long competition. On this achievement of the student and the dance teacher the President, the Principal and the entire DPS-JC family expressed their happiness and joy.

May in the days to come more such laurels are added to the bright firmament of the school family.
